I think its easy to see the end result and asume you got there by luck or it being easy. I spent soo many hours a day preparing for my new act.. from hanging upside down most the day. hours of ankle weight reps. Daily gym sesions to strengthen my legs. Tears of frustration and sore ankles. I didnt share the process because truthfully i didnt know if i was able to make the end result.
