What do you think of when you hear “cottage cheese fudge”? 🤷🏻♀️ tbh I was a bit skeptical at first… but I saw @Sarah Holloway post this recipe, and wanted to try making it with my own twist! Added some @pescience chocolate protein for an extra boost, and the results were 👌🏼🤤 try it for yourself! Nutrition (1 piece): 41 cals, 3P, 4C, 1.5F Ingredients (makes 18 pieces) -200g 1% cottage cheese -100g semi sweet chocolate chips -31g @pescience chocolate truffle or frosted chocolate cupcake protein (discount code FIT15) Directions: -Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then blend with the cottage cheese and protein powder -Pour into a Tupperware (I used two small ones, you want to make sure the Tupperware isn’t too large so the fudge is thick); make sure it’s evened out -Freeze for 2+ hours, then slice into pieces (mine made 18) -Enjoy 🍫 #highprotein #lowcalorie #macrofriendly #pescience #cottagecheese #cottagecheesefudge
