Nobody makes homemade ricotta like my love❤️ Not only is it creamily delicious but so easy you will never buy the store stuff again❤️ we use this on everything but one of our favorite ways is spreading it on a nice French baguette and topping it with honey & truffle salt! Adding this to your lasagna, pasta and even ricotta based desserts like cannoli cream and ricotta cheesecake which we also have a recipe up for! Storing it is so easy all you have to do is keep it in the fridge and it lasts about a week! I hope everyone’s having an amazing weekend❤️ After being sick and out of commission for 2 weeks we needed a @Costco Wholesale restock! ❤️ I don’t just stock up on groceries at Costco but also my cleaning supplies and a lot of the times hand soap! A lot of people don’t like buying in bulk but omg is it so much cheaper and easier. My daughter went to Target to grab me paper towels because I ran out of the Kirkland ones and I was shocked at how much more expensive they are and on top of that I think the Kirkland ones are so much better. Even the dawn power spray is so much cheaper, you basically pay the same for 2 refills and the initial sprayer as you would just the sprayer at other stores. Also OMG those mighty seedless mandarins are so juicy and sweet, my love loves them so much! Another day another @Costco Wholesale haul❤️ this was a small one but needed to stock up on a random assortment of things and of course my Kirkland essentials! My daughter @Mary Maddalena is OBSESSED with the Lysol wipes and reminded me to get them! She of course got some to take home😂 I’m loving these Lesser Evil snacks and my favorite is the popcorn! I’ve been seeing them everywhere and I can confirm they are amazing! And those frozen noodles are heavenly and so easy to make! I swear every time I walk into Costco I find something new I love❤️🤣! Spend the day with me!❤️ I truly love cleaning because have a clean & fresh space is so motivational and vital to the start of a good day! Like I always say, if you clean everyday it’s only maintenance and becomes so much easier to do! We are finally settling into the new house and getting everything in order so we wanted to start a series called “Let me tell you something” because i never realized how much I say it until everyone online started telling me how much they love it 🤣❤️ here we will recommend all of our favorite finds for the new house and as the certified Laundry Queen I wanted to start off with my favorite room of the house, the laundry room❤️🤣🧺! When we went appliance shopping at @pcrichardandson in Whippany, NJ our boy Kenny of 20 years, who helped us with nearly every home we have owned told us one of the best space saving tools was the @GE Profile Washer Dryer Combo and I have to admit at first I was unsure because I’ve never had one before and I am my laundry’s keeper, no one else in the house is allowed to do laundry except me! I take pride in it and want to make sure my clothes, towels and everything else last forever. After using it for the first time I WAS HOOKED! I love that I can set it to both wash & dry or one or the other, walk away and that’s it. It’s especially amazing before bed because if I want to throw a load in I don’t have to worry about it getting moldy or stinky from sitting in there over night. Pastrami is a famiglia favorite❤️ the simplicity of this deliciously pre seasoned one makes it my favorite🤣 but now as we are finally settling into the new house we are using so many of our new Breville products and of course our old ones. I’m old fashioned and never really got all these new gadgets but my sister introduced me to all these new things because of how easy they are! I can’t believe how old sound saying that but I was truly in the dark! So many recipes are for air fryers now and the mini convection ovens so I decided let’s give it a try and all I can say is OMG am I late to this trend! My Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro from breville is a godsend and perfect for cooking things like baked potatoes! Instead of hours in the oven my potatoes came out so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside in under 40 minutes. For us home cooks dirtying the whole kitchen every time we cook is the biggest pain but now I can use these small kitchen appliances. I mean this air fryer pro also acts as an oven so I’m gonna try using my cast iron skillet to do some baked chicken and even a steak! I’m going to develop a bunch of my recipes to make in the Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro and the Smart Oven Pizzaiolo. Being able to make pizza inside is so nice and mess free, it also comes with a pan so we will be making homemade Focaccia soon and sharing the recipe!
