✨30 MINUTE MEALS✨ •creamy crispy potatoes and chicken• Honestly this was my vibe allll over and I could eat it every bloody day!!! 🥘USING: •350g baking potato peeled and diced into little chunks •300g chicken breast diced into smaller pieces *seasoning for both chicken and potatoes* •salt & pepper to taste, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp Cajun •125ml single cream •2 tbsp parsley (fresh is preferred but I forgot to buy it!!) •60g light cheddar - grated 🥘METHOD: •Add two pans onto a medium high heat and spray in some Frylight before adding in the seasoned potatoes to one and chicken to the other once hot •Fry these off until the potatoes start turning crispy and the chicken is cooked through *as we were keeping the calories down and not using oil, we also decided to air fry the potatoes for 12 minutes at 200 degrees after around ten minutes of them frying in the pan* •Whilst the potatoes are finishing, bring the chicken onto a low heat and stir through the cream and parsley •Add in the crispy potatoes, mix thoroughly and then top with the grated cheddar •Cover the pan and allow the cheese to melt for around 2-3 minutes and then serve into two! 🫶🏼MACROS per serving (serves two) 549 calories • 51g|P • 39g|C • 20g|F #30minutemeals #quickandeasy #series #easycooking #Recipe #chef #cook #foodinspo #foryou #fyp

When a jacket potato gets elevated to new levels… This is a MUST try because whilst insanely simple, it 👏🏼 just 👏🏼 works 👏🏼 USING: •Baking Potato *approx 250g* baked until crispy on the outside and mostly softened in the middle •10g light butter •30g grated mozzarella *10g for the inner mixture and 20g for the top* •30g bacon cooked until crispy •3 boiled and chopped broccoli florets •1 chopped spring onion •Salt & pepper, chilli flakes Scoop out the middle of the jacket and mix with the butter, mozzarella, bacon, broccoli, spring onion and seasoning. Pop back into the potato skins, add on the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with some dried parsley. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden 🥔🫶🏼 add on your sauce of choice to the top and enjoy! 🐣EASTER EGG CHEESECAKE🐣 Can someone please tell me how everyone online makes cutting an Easter egg in half look so easy? 😂 luckily we had a spare egg as the first one did not go to plan lol Deciding not to ever restrict myself was the best change I ever made to my lifestyle, even more so when you realise you’re actually allowed to partake in seasonal trends and not ruin any progress!!! ✨ USING: •One small cadburys egg - 96g •6 biscoff biscuits crushed (saving a little bit for the top) •165g light philidelphia •60g single cream •10 cheesecake flavdrops •10g caster sugar •15g Biscoff spread (melted) 🐣Slice your egg into two, sprinkle in most of the biscoff biscuits between the bottom of both and then top with the soft cheese, cream, flavdrops and sugar all combined together. Finish with the remaining crushed biscuits and melted spread.
