Goulash: In a pot add 1tbsp olive oil, 1c diced onions, and 2lb ground beef. Cook until beef is browned. Add 2 cans tomato sauce, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 3tsp minced garlic, 3c beef broth, 3tbsp italian seasoning, 2tsp salt, 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 3 bay leaves, and 2c uncooked macaroni. Split Pea Soup: Combine 1tbsp olive oil, 1 diced medium onion, 3 stalks of dived celery, 3-4 minced cloves of garlic. Cook until tender. Add 4c chicken stock, 4c water, 16oz dried split peas, 2 bay leaves, 1/2tsp dried thyme, salt & pepper to taste. Bring to boil and add ham and cook for about 1hr until peas start to become mush. Sauce: 1 can chunked pineapples with juice, 1/4tsp cayenne pepper, 2/3c pure maple syrup, 1/2c apple coder vinegar, 2tbsp fish sauce, 1tbsp ketchup In a buttered pan: 2-3 chunked bell peppers, 3-4 chunked chicken breasts, garlic powder to taste, 1tbsp soy sauce. Cook until chicken is done. Add sauce. Make a slurry with 1/4c water and 1 1/2tbsp corn starch to thicken sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to let it simmer and thicken. Chicken & Dumplings Cook 3-4 chicken breasts seasoned with garlic, onion powder, celery salt, salt, pepper, & butter. Shred. In a pot combine 8c chicken broth, shredded chicken, diced carrots, diced celery, more garlic, onion powder, celery salt, salt, pepper, and 2 bay leaves. Dumplings: 1 3/4c flour, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/3c softened butter, 3/4c milk. Roll out to about 1/4” and cut into pieces. Add dumplings to pot and let cook for 15-20mins.
