Easy & healthier granola with no refined sugar or yucky oils! Ingredients: 2 cups oats 3/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 cup coconut shreds 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds Method: Mix well in a bowl. Spread on a baking sheet, thinly so that everything cooks evenly. Mix it up at 9 minutes into baking. Bake rest of time.
