Since April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, I wanted to chat with you about it. • The #KnowThyNuts campaign from Movember reminds all men, myself included, to stay on top of their physical health, specifically their pair down there. Since Testicular Cancer is the number one cancer among young men, we all must watch for any signs. • 1. Know Thy Nuts - check regularly for any changes. 2. In a steamy shower, cup, roll and check both. 3. After more than 20 years of smoking, as of May 9th, I’m now 3 years cigarette free. I have to admit, I never thought I’d be able to say that. The take away, almost anything is possible, you just have to believe it (and put in the work) 💜
