🤷🏽‍♀️❌ Are you doing your one arm rows the right way? This is a really important tip especially if you have any shoulder problems, and to prevent injury. When you do your one arm rows, tilt the weight backwards like I showed in this video. This takes pressure off your shoulder and onto your lat. There are many ways to do one arm rows, but being on a bench this way for me is my favorite to feel my lats. You can bring the weight even more forward towards the front of the bench also. Be sure to squeeze the lat at the top of the movement. Hit each muscle hard once a week, then leave it alone and let it grow. . 3: You’re not eating enough protein. How in tarnation do you expect your muscles to grow If you’re not feeding that mess? Lol. And healthy carbs & fats too 🤗 Need a cheat sheet for the exact ones I’m referring to? Comment below. Keep in mind, muscles are torn up in the gym, fed in the kitchen and built-in bed. . 4: Girl, your taco is missing its hot sauce, and you men, your pencil is missing its lead. Lol. So be sure to keep an eye on your natural testosterone levels. That mess crashes over age 35 and it’s hard to add muscle without it. How to check it? You need to get your blood work run with a wellness practitioner, so find one in your area. Or the one I work with as a wellness. Coach takes insurance and does telemedicine comment for info.
