This baby wolf pup was massacred in a way that even your worst enemy shouldn’t even be. Only a year old, chased down by a snowmobile, run over and then while injured and crippled, paraded her around a bar called The Green River Bar in Daniel, Wyoming, with her mouth taped shut, in pain and agony, not to mention the fact that wolves are petrified of humans so her cortisol would have been at skyrocket levels. Afterwards she was taken behind outside, tortured and shot. This man named Cody Roberts, 42 years old of town Daniel in Wyoming was investigated by a local game warden Adam Hymas and fined a measly $250 for possessing live wildlife. Cody was cited for violating Chapter 10, Importation and Possession of Live Warm-Blooded Wildlife.’ Sadly in Wyoming you can kill wolves, but you cannot be in possession of a live wolf, a law which he broke, but more importantly - he caused unnecessary suffering to the puppy for the sake of bravado and this is not being addressed by Wyoming Game and Fish Department. Roberts posed with the poor exhausted wolf pup, while cracking a beaming smile, gripping her by the scruff of the neck and raising a can of beer. The wolf, which was injured when Roberts ran it over with a snowmobile, had her mouth tightly taped shut and cowered like an abused puppy. Jeanne Ivie-Roberts, a close family member of Roberts who lives in Daniel, reenacted the strange scene with a wolf skin in the same bar, as if it was amusing. She posted photos to Facebook of herself with her mouth taped shut, just like the wolf, while holding the skin in front of her. Door from Fellowship of the Ring: Today I’m exploring The Tolkien door, the most beautiful, mystical and famous magical doorway in the whole of the uk. Wolfdogs Ocean and Phoenix have tagged along as the Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful areas in the uk for dog walks and exploring the tiny sandstone clad streets. The famous door can be found at St Edwards Church in Stow on the Wold, this doorway is framed by two picturesque yew trees and it has been said that this doorway is a secret portal to another domain. Rumour also has it that the door was the inspiration behind J.R.R. Tolkien's Doors of Durin, the west gate of Moria that appears in a scene in the Fellowship of the Ring. Tolkien was known to visit the area while he studied at, Oxford University. This one of the most photographed doors in the Cotswolds and probably the entire uk. St Edward's Church is just a short walk from the Market Square and the magical yew tree door and stained glass windows are an absolute must on your travel itinerary for the Cotswolds.
