I get asked alot for the secret on how I get babygirl to sleep throughout the night. I wish there was a secret I could share with you all, but honestly it’s all babygirl and I just follow her lead. She was basically born on a routine which I noticed right away and stuck to it. I do believe swaddling helps her sleep well at night. I’m also big on keeping my kids on a schedule/routine and believe that has helped her stay on her own little routine. I know it’s easier said than done, but don’t be hard on yourself. My other 4 kids were like most babies and kept me up most nights. Night 1 of transitioning babygirl out of a swaddle went well! 🥹 I decided to start off by just introducing arms out once. She fell asleep with arms out but slept for a shorter period of time and had an extra wake window because of it.
