This may not taste exactly like a snickers bar, but it is pretty darn good and it’s an easy dessert that I can whip up in a few minutes and store in the freezer for healthier snacking! Ingredients: ✨1 tub of dates ✨1 jar of peanut butter (I suggest using the no added sugar kind) ✨2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips ✨ toppings of choice I used coconut, flaky salt and macadamia nuts 1. Remove pits from dates, lay on a cookie sheet. 2. Microwave peanut butter for easier spreading. 3. Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted, adding coconut oil or butter for smoother melting. 4. Flatten dates, layer with peanut butter first, then chocolate. 5. I combined two of my all-time favorite soups, French onion, and cheese steak and created this mouthwatering comforting bowl of goodness. My husband actually said this is the best soup I’ve made yet! I hope you give it a try! ✨2 lbs of steak cubed ✨1/4 cup flour ✨1/2 Tablespoon olive oil ✨2 Tablespoons butter ✨6 yellow sweet onions ✨4 cloves of Garlic minced ✨1/2 cup apple juice ✨1 teaspoon white wine vinegar ✨1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ✨1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme or 3 springs of fresh ✨Salt & pepper to taste ✨onion and garlic powder (optional) ✨1/4 cup half and half ✨4 cups of water & 2 Tablespoons of better than beef bouillon ✨3 ounces unexpected cheddar cheese (or any aged sharp cheddar) ✨2 ounces Gruyère cheese ✨1 ounce Parmesan cheese ✨extra cheese for garnish ✨ciabatta bread 1.Cube steak and pat dry; season with salt, pepper, and flour. 2.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3.Sear steak for about 2 minutes per side(it won’t be fully cooked at this point) and add additional seasonings like garlic powder and onion powder; remove from pan. 4.Reduce heat, add onions and butter; caramelize for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, adjusting heat if necessary. 5.Add minced garlic, apple juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme; caramelize for another minute. 6.Return steak to the pan, add beef broth, bring to a boil, then lower back down to a simmer. 7.Stir in half-and-half, gradually add cheese until melted, setting some aside for topping. 8.Taste for salt, adjust if necessary. 9.Serve soup in oven safe bowls, top with toasted bread, and a handful of grated cheddar. 10.Put it in the air fryer for about 10 minutes at 450°F or until cheese is bubbly 12.Enjoy! #cookwithme #easyrecipeideas #soup #asmrfood #inmykitchen #cookingvlog @Le Creuset #frenchonionsoup #steak #recipes

I used to love hamburger helper when I was younger, it is such a comfort meal and this is basically a grown-up elevated version of that! Beef Stroganoff Dinner Recipe ✨1 lb of ground beef ✨1 small yellow onion diced ✨1 Tablespoon butter ✨6 cloves of garlic minced ✨1 block of cream cheese ✨1 jar of marinara sauce ✨2 cups of pasta ✨2 cups of chicken or beef broth(I used chicken bone broth) ✨1 teaspoon garlic powder ✨1 teaspoon onion powder ✨1 teaspoon Italian herbs ✨ salt and pepper to taste ✨1/4 cup cheddar ✨1/4 cup mozzarella 1. Brown meat on medium heat, season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. 2. Add butter (optional if your ground beef is on the leaner side) yellow onion, and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent. 3. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth. 4. Add marinara sauce and cream cheese block. 5. Bring to a boil, then add pasta. 6. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is soft. 7. Taste for salt, then turn off heat. 8. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, cover to melt. 9.
