I know it’s not the case for everyone but for me personally, my social media is a highlight reel. I’m super aware of this as I scroll through my own feed, but wonder if others are too ? Renting might feel like my whole personality on here sometimes…. I mean I talk about it a lot 😅. But that’s only because there was a long period of time where I didn’t talk about it all . Where I didn’t feel I COULD because interiors on Instagram was so focused towards homeowners. But now I can’t stop talking about this rented home we’ve created 😂. Renting has a lot of challenges (landlords 👀👋🏾), and a lot of those challenges mean people often put off decorating until they own or move to that forever home. Ps dont forget to check where your dates are from 👀 Ingredients: 12 medjool dates ( 3 tbsp mascarpone cheese 1 tsp vanilla essence 3 lotus biscuits (crushed) 200g White chocolate (Melted) Method : 1) Wash and dry and deseed the dates. 2) Set aside 1 tbsp of the crushed biscuits 3)In a small bowl, mix together the cheese, biscuits and vanilla, then pipe mixture into the centre of the dates and close shut 4) Coat the filled dates with the melted chocolate and sprinkle some of the crushed biscuits previously set aside! 5) Refrigerate till time then, enjoy .#dates #datesrecipes #ramadanrecipes #Ramadan #ramadancooking #desserts

Just some afternoon thoughts. I don’t have all the answers yet, but as I mentioned before , I’ve really been trying my best to be more mindful about my consumption. Essentially though, a large part of what I do is marketing for big brands so I’m forever trying to get the balance right. You’ll see lots of easy home hacks, repurposing ideas, diy and thrifting here in between the big sponsored content that I sometimes share. I do try and make things educational so that it’s simply not just about buying something that will fix all your problems.
