when I first was found, I remember feeling the need to replace my friends with ones who gloried God because I thought that's what he would want. As we know it's less likely to fall into sin with the company you keep and this was easier than people thinking l've 'changed' even if it was for the better. But as l've matured, l've come to realise that perhaps those very friends need His love and guidance more than ever and the way I treat them despite my 'change' also reflect the God I now serve. Instead of seeking new connections, I'm learning to be a beacon of His light in their lives, showing them the love and grace that has transformed mine.
