DIY Christmas Present Topiary!🎁🎁🎁 Such a fun statement piece for your indoor or outdoor decor!🎅🏻 They went perfect with our Christmas Eve-themed porch!✨ 1. Cement a 6-foot dowel in a flower pot and let it harden. 2. Move the dowel to a larger planter. 3. Get three boxes (18x18, 16x16, 12x12). (We got ours at the UPS store) 4. Cut holes in boxes, wrap them. (You can use Christmas colored tablecloths for an uncovered porch!) 5. Christmas Cactus!🌵✨ Transforming the guest room into a Texas winter wonderland! Wanting to have it finished before my parents get here on Nov 1! Here’s how we did it: 1. PVC pipe base! Cut these pieces: 36”, 21”, 15”, 15”, 8”, 8”, 3”. Use fittings to attach pieces. 2. We stuck our base in a pot, and poured Quickcrete around it. 3. Once dry, we added the flexible drain pipe. Cutting holes in the base one where the cactus arms will be. Remove the arms to slide it on, and then reattach arms. 4. We crumbled newspaper to round the edges, and duct taped over them. 5. And now for garland! I used 125 ft of cheap garland for hobby lobby. Just wrapping it all the way up. For the rounded tops, we hot glued small strips on. 6. Decorate however you’d like! Ornament Centerpiece!🌲✨ Gorgeous, festive, and you can use items you already have in your home! 1. Use any clear vase, and stick an empty paper towel roll in the center. 2. Use epsom salts (or sugar) to fill them bottom inch or two (to look like snow) 3. Fill with small ornaments! I did an ombré effect. (These are the mini ones from Walmart!) 4. DIY Icy Branches!❄️✨ Give those backyard sticks a frosty glow up with this easy diy! What you need: - sticks/branches - white spray paint - spray adhesive - Epsom salt - chunky white glitter - fine white glitter 1. Gather up some sticks, and spray paint them white. 2. Once dry, add a layer of spray adhesive, and sprinkle on epsom salt. 3. DIY Wood Vase!🌲 Goes perfectly with a cozy Christmas lodge theme! ❄️ 1. Blow up a balloon the size you want the vase. Place it in a cup or bowl for stability. 2. Hot glue craft wood slices together. (1”-2” work the best) 3. Once you get halfway done, flip it over to finish the top part of the vase. 4. Pop the balloon, take out any leftover balloon pieces. 5. Insert stems! How to make any tree fabulous!🎄✨ Here are some tips I’ve gathered over the years and use on all the trees I decorate! 1. Twinkle lights! Even if your tree is pre-lit, these add so much Christmas magic! Individually wrap each branch for dimension and extra glow! 2. Faux fur ribbon! If you’re going for a snowy look, this gives the appearance of freshly fallen snow. Cut into sections, and lay horizontally. 3. Picks! Large ones first! Focus a ton at the top, going same direction as the branches. 4. Large ornaments. Wrap hook tightly around branch, and attach deep into tree. 5. Ribbon!! So many ways to do this! I like to do a little twirl, and then tuck into bare spaces. I cut mine in 12”-18” sections. 6. Holiday Party Game!🎁 Saran Wrap Ball!⚪️ We played this last year at our family gathering, and it’s so much fun!! It’s an oldie, but a goodie that everyone loves! A game perfect for all ages!! How to make: 1. Get an assortment of prizes! This could be anything. We used (gift cards, cash, lottery tickets, shooters, candy, and gum) 2. We wrapped the biggest prize in the center ($100 amazon gift card), and then kept adding prizes as we rolled the ball up. 3. After every few prizes, rip off the Saran Wrap and start a new section to keep anyone from unrolling it all in one pull. We used 5 full rolls. How to play: 1. Sit in a circle or around a table. The first player starts unwrapping the ball as fast as they can, winning any prizes that fall out. 2. During this, the person to their left will roll dice until they hit doubles, and then it passes to the next person! Here’s a couple ideas I got from my comments last year: 1. In the whole family is playing together, have the adults wear oven mits to unwrap. 2. Have two separate ball. One for kids with small toys and treats. Crockpot Cheesy Smoked Sausage Hashbrown Casserole!🧀🥔 Super easy weeknight meal! Only a few ingredients! Even my girls loved it! Used the recipe from @mariasmixingbowl Ingredients: 32 oz frozen hash browns (thawed) 16 oz kielbasa (sliced + halved) 1 small white onion (diced) 1/3 cup salted butter (melted) 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk Directions: 1. Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray, and then toss in hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheese. 2. In a bowl whisk together melted butter, cream of chicken, and milk. Pour over Hashbrowns and stir. 3. Sprinkle over remaining cheese, cover, and cook on high for 3 hours. Serve hot! We added some green beans and crescent rolls as easy sides! #EasyRecipes #weeknightmeals #weeknightdinner

Ghost Mode!👻 Welcome to our haunted home! I love how these guys gently blow in the wind, giving the appearance of flying around our house! 1. We used an assortment of ghosts 2. We attached small hooks into the top of their ghost heads. 3. We used galzanized steep wire that ran from tree to tree. Tomato Cage Grapevine Tree!🎄 Love the rustic look of these!! We had one growing up, and I was excited to make my own! You will need a tomato cage, grapevine, Christmas lights, and optional topper and planter. 1. Stick the tomato cage in a planter if you’d like to use one. Tie the tops together with a rubber band. 2. Wrap around lights. We used bread ties to attach to the edges. 3. Wrap grapevine around the tree until desired fullness. We attached some pieces with bread ties for extra hold. This takes a little patience around the top when you are wrapping more tightly. 4. Add a topper and decorate it however you’d like! #grapevinetree #tomatocage #DIY #christmasdiy #christmasdecor
