Chocolate Eclair Cake!🤎 The most delicious chilled dessert that will be a hit at all your gatherings this spring and summer! The chocolate topping is so good!!! Used the recipe from @Kristin Dyal on tiktok! Ingredients: 2 packages instant vanilla pudding 5 cups milk jumbo tub of cool whip 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 2/3 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 sticks of butter 1/3 cup chocolate chips splash of vanilla Graham crackers Directions: 1. Mix together pudding mix and milk until pudding has set up. Fold in cool whip. Set aside. 2. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and milk to a sauce pan. Whisk and heat until bubbling. (A couple minutes) 3. On low heat add butter and chocolate chips. 4. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir to combine. 5. I used a 9 x 13 dish. Layer graham crackers on the bottom. Doesn’t have to look pretty. 6. Add the pudding layer. 7. Add another layer of graham crackers. 8. Pour over the chocolate and spread to completely cover the graham cracker layer. 9. Bang Bang💥Chicken Skewers! These are bursting with flavor! It’s about that time for grilling season, and this easy recipe is perfect to make for your family or for a gathering! I was inspired by the the recipe from (iamhomesteader) Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken breasts (cut into 1” bites) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Sauce: 1 1/4 cups mayo 2/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce 2 teaspoons sriracha 2 tablespoons honey Directions: 1. Soak skewers in water for 30 min. 2. In a large bowl, add chicken, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss to coat. 3. Thread 5-6 pieces on each skewer. 4. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. 5. Use half of the sauce to brush over chicken. 6. Throw on the grill and once they reach internal temp of 165 degrees, they are done! 7. Brush more sauce over before serving! Thank you for the recipe @sweetordeal Ingredients: 3 cups graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cup butter (melted) 16 oz cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 cup 2% milk 3.4 oz box instant lemon pudding 21 oz can blueberry pie filling 16 oz whipped cream Directions: 1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. (Save some back for the topping!) Press into 9 x 13 pan. 2. In a large bowl beat together cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add in lemon juice and milk. Mix. Add dry pudding mix and beat until thick. Drop large spoonfuls onto crust and spread evenly. 3. Add a layer of blueberry pie filling and spread evenly. 4. Add a layer of whipped cream and spread. 5. Ingredients: 16 oz box rotini (cooked and drained) 40 oz frozen roasted corn 1 cup cotija cheese 1/3 cup cilantro 1 cup chopped purple onion 1 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup mayo 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon elote seasoning 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 3 tablespoons lime juice Salt + Pepper Optional: Cayenne for some spice!🌶️ Directions: 1. Cook and drain pasta. Add to a large bowl 2. Add corn, cheese, onion, and cilantro. 3. In a small separate bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, oil, and seasonings. 4. Pour over pasta. DIY Egg Candle Holders!🪺 I’m obsessed with how cute these are!!!!🐰 I used some plastic eggs I already had, and got the other supplies from amazon! So beautiful for your Easter decor!🌷 Supplies: - plastic eggs - 2 round wood pieces per candlestick - Dowel rods (we used 3/8 x 12) - glue - Drill and drill bits - Candles - Optional: paint or ribbon 1. Drill holes in the top and bottom of eggs about the same size as your dowel rod. 2. Drill a hole in the center of the wood pieces about a 1/2 inch deep. 3. Add a little glue into the hole, and insert dowel. 4. Slide eggs onto rod. 5. Add a little glue into the top wood piece hole, and stick on! 6. Add your candles and optional ribbon! Twinkie Strawberry Shortcake!🍓💛 A refreshing sweet treat, super easy, only 5 ingredients! I layered mine in a trifle dish, but you could also use a normal dish and just do one layer of each! Ingredients: 2 boxes Twinkies 1 box vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 cups of milk 8 oz cool whip 16 oz sliced strawberries (in sugar) Directions: 1. Chop half of the Twinkies in bite size pieces, and add to the dish as the first layer. 2. Add half of the strawberries, and drizzle some of the strawberry syrup over the Twinkies layer. 3. Add pudding mix and milk to a separate bowl. Beat until done. Fold in the whipped cream. 4. Spread half of this over the strawberry layer. 5. Repeat steps to make 6 layers. 6.
