Same! 😩 These is a common concern for the individual really striving to build their lower body and booty 🍑 These three exercises target your booty building muscle groups while minimizing stress on other areas of the body 🎉 This makes them effective for targeting strength & hypertrophy in your lower body, while also reducing the risk of injury or overloading other parts of the body, like the lower back. 1. **Deficit Deadlift**: This exercise allows for a deeper range of motion during the deadlift with the initial pull from a lower position, resulting in less load on the lumbar spine. It primarily targets the posterior chain, (hamstrings, glutes, and lower back) while reducing the stress on the lower back compared to traditional deadlifts. 2. **Belt Squats**: Belt squats involve wearing a belt attached to a cable or machine while performing squats, which removes the load from the spine and allows for more isolated focus on the legs and glutes. This exercise primarily targets the quadriceps, glutes, and inner thighs, making it beneficial for those with lower back issues or limited mobility. 3. **Hip Thrusts**: Hip thrusts target the glutes and hamstrings, emphasizing hip extension.
