It’s true! 😮‍💨 Here are 3 exercises to help you do just that! 👇 Happy Baby 👶 – Inhale into your butthole as if it were a flower blooming (You’re welcome in advance for that powerful visual!) 🤩 As you exhale, collapse those petals closed. Child’s Pose – Again inhale and allow your Butthole Flower to bloom bright. Exhale to collapse the petals closed. 🌸 Deep Squat – Hold your squat, continuing the above breathing pattern. If this position is difficult, you can sit on a yoga block, sit against a wall, or hold on to a heavy piece of furniture in front of you. 💯 Breath and visualization go a long way towards learning to relax tight muscles.
