10-Minute Footwork & Knee Workout For Young Athletes 1. 1 Minute Stance -knees over toes -knees inside -weight on inside balls of feet Rest 1 minute. 2. 1-Inch Step & Replace: 30 Reps Per Side -chest stays at same height! Rest 1 minute between sides. 3. Slant Squat Like Push-up! 50 Reps (taking breaks as needed) Rest 1 minute. 4. Make Nordics Like Pull-ups! 10 Reps (fighting down to the best of your ability) DONE!
