I had no clue where to start with this iconic nail set 🖤 so letsss talk about it! It was a hard NO for me to do solid black ❌ It wouldn’t have served the look! I wanted to switch it up, match the pin outfit @kollincarter put together and still deliver @Cardi B ‘s request for edgy nails 😅 so I entertained a few ideas & got inspired by a @Hollywiththegoodnails chrome set & THAT’S WHERE THE VISION CAME INTO PLAY! We made the base platinum chrome and I added black line workkk, safety pins, chrome studss & my assistant @giaaa🤍 hand painted over the white pearls with chrome to add to the nails. After that @Boujeebarr___ assisted me while I glued these nails on Cardi. I’m baccckk 👀 with some B.T.S on the creation of @Cardi B nails for Enough Music Video 🫦 Over the course of 72 hrs, I created 9 different sets and used only 7 of them. Plenty of late nights & early flights happen when you are building an Empire! On top of crafting nails, I took 2 assistants with me that I’m also mentoring @giaaa🤍 & @Boujeebarr___ They are amazing women who show tf up & I’m happy to help them grow into their next level.
