@CK hope this helps!!! I don’t believe in cancelling ingredients or products, but I do believe in using products with science backed ingredients / formulas #shampoo #conditioner #shampooandconditioner #BestHairProducts
Scalp oiling has become such a major trend that people think it’s necessary for scalp & hair health… but it’s not! If you have an extra dry scalp, oil may help to nourish it and soften flakes so that they can be easily removed. But if you have an oily or even just normal scalp, oil could do more harm than good. Oil mostly just sits on the surface of our scalp, and that can cause itching, irritation, flakes & actually worsen/trigger common scalp conditions like seborrheic dermatitis. Oil does not promote hair growth (ingredients like rosemary are a separate conversation and can be found in water-based products anyway), and when it’s applied to our scalp, it does nothing to help our lengths & ends. A healthy scalp is a clean scalp. Not one that is covered in oil! #hairoil #oiltreatment #scalpoil #oilforhair
For those of you who have left comments saying that my favorite Coconut Oil from OGX weighs your hair down (even after trying all of my hacks in my Oil Routine video on YT), these are the two products I’d recommend trying instead. The ingredients are very similar- both have silicones and coconut oil- they just have different textures. Products Mentioned: 1. OGX Extra Strength Coconut Miracle Oil (Thick/Coarse) 2. OGX Coconut Milk Serum (Normal) 3. OGX Coconut Oil Mist (Thin/Fine) #hairoil #hairoiling #coconutoil
@Maeve Reilly hope this helps! ❤️You can use all the right products but if you're not taking the right steps to protect your hair... you will still experience breakage. And preventing breakage = making room for growth! Let me know if you want me to make this a series xx #hairgrowth #longhair #healthyhair
@olivia ponton I hope this helps!!! I’ve been there 😭😭😭 here is how I’d recommend building a haircare routine if you have damaged hair that you’re hoping to heal & grow. There are additional products outside of this that you can add, but this is an amazing baseline! Let me know if you want a part 2 on my favorite lines for damage at both high end & drugstore price points! #hairjourney #hairgrowth #hairroutine #hairtransformation
Ok I normally do love L’Oréal products but still I did not expect to see that much shine 😳 this was just my first time trying the L’Oréal Glycolic Gloss - let me know if you want a full review after I test it a few more times! #hairtransformation #shinyhair #affordablebeauty #newhaircare
The Repronizer is an INSANELY expensive dryer that not only claims to give zero heat damage but also claims to heal your hair. There are several different models and the lowest cost option is actually less than the Dyson at $330, but I wanted to purchase the most updated version for review purposes which costs $1,030. And yes I did purchase this with my own money- CRAZY expensive. Dyson costs $430 and doesn’t claim to heal your hair, but does claim to give zero heat damage. I have never bought into this claim, because you still have to apply heat to your hair to use it. The Repronizer has even bolder claims than Dyson- the brand says it heals your hair because it’s not even a hair dryer. It’s a treatment device. Allegedly… lol. Because it’s basically impossible to find ANY information about how this works. Their website is super vague about how this tool even works which is really frustrating, but I have seen incredible before & after results from people using it. so I figured I’d buy it to try / review for my platforms. My first impression after a rough blow dry (no styling/round brushes) is that it does make my hair feel incredibly soft & silky. More so than the Dyson. Visually, I think it makes my hair shinier and sleeker, and the ends/layers of my hair look less frizzy than they do on the Dyson side. But the visual difference is very minimal IMO. If I were to just look at my hair I would never guess I used two different dryers. I’m going to keep testing this against other dryers & then will exclusively use this dryer for a period of time to see if we notice an improvement in the health of my hair. I’m super skeptical but I’ll keep you updated on this journey!
I first heard about this from my stylist several months ago and I’ve been fixated on it ever since. I’ve searched everywhere for more information on this and it’s really limited, but the posts that I’ve seen so far on this are mostly on @BeautyTechDistribution. What do you guys think about this? Should I review it? #hairdryer #blowdryer #healthyhair #damagedhair
Ok now I’m wondering if the white was acrually from the K18 airwash because I see white residue around the nozzle… stay tuned for part 2! #k18airwash #dryshampoo #k18dryshampoo
The “avoid these shampoos at all costs” kind of videos are some of my least favorite videos on social media right now because the rationale given for the shampoos you should avoid is never factual. Random ingredients are pinpointed & demonized for causing hair loss, hair damage, or worse, health concerns. But I’ve never seen a claim in one of these videos that is actually scientifically proven. Are some shampoos better than others for certain scalp types or hair types? Absolutely. But that is very different than a shampoo “destroying our hair.” While not all shampoos are amazing, most are justtt fine. So the next time you see a video like this… please don’t let it freak you out! #haircare #shampoo #healthyhair #hairtips

Saw all of your requests to test this on my sister Libbie because her hair is a bit more damaged than mine so here you have it! I do think the Repronizer side looks a little sleeker & shinier but the difference isn’t major. Libbie could feel a difference (the Repronizer side felt softer), but also felt like the difference was pretty subtle. After filming this I got an email from the distributor of the Repronizer & this is what it said: “We do like to tell our clients, comparison videos are best done, doing one full blowout with our device. And then doing another full blowout with a traditional blowdryer the next time. Our technology will affect the hair all around, not just the hair the air is being blown directly on - so this is how you will get the best comparison for your viewers!” Conceptually I just can’t wrap my brain around how that could be possible given that each hair strand grows from an independent hair follicle, but… what do you guys think? Should I film separate blow dries and then compare? #dyson #repronizer #hairdryer #hairrepair
And no @The Ordinary didn't discontinue this product! They just renamed it. It used to be called the Buffet + Copper Peptides, now it's called Multi Peptide + Copper Peptides #skincare #skincareproducts #serum
Ever since I started curling towards my face... I can't curl away anymore. I love it! PS: you can totally do this with a standard curling iron too, I do it all the time! #dysonairwrap #hairstyle #hairstyles #haircurlingtutorial
