Hi loves B here, I wanted to come on here and share a personal journey of change and growth that I have progressed through over the past several months. In October I committed to a total physical and lifestyle transformation that has taught me so much about myself and my body. This was something that not only challenged me physically but also surpassed what I believed I could have ever tackled mentally. Fast forward to today and I honestly feel a profound difference in myself. My motivation wasn’t about changing my body or physical appearance but more about feeling my best from the inside out. I now have newfound energy for work and my travels, glowing skin, a happier mind, and a healthy balance which is everything I was striving for. I want to say a huge thank you to my coach, @alextoplyn_ifbbpro who not only guided me through this but also helped me through every single challenging stop along this journey. He helped pave the road and get me to this place where I feel like I’m truly thriving. I also had the pleasure of working with @phenom_doc , a high performance naturopath who provided me with the proper tests, tools & supplements to help keep me feeling my best throughout this high pace lifestyle of mine. Lastly, I did this purely for myself and I’ve never felt more alive. Change is possible so don’t give up on your goals. Here’s to living a life without limitations! Lots of love, B
