Truly what felt comfortable and quick! Sun protection and glow! A stain definitely lasted the longest. SPF spf spf! @Farmacy Beauty honey milk hydrating essence doubled as a toner and moisturizer bc it was that good! Ceramides, panthenol, honey. Left me supple all week! @Supergoop protectint spf 50 on top on triple prep! I didn’t get one sunburn even though we were out in the sun! Also spf eyeshadow? Game changer! So necessary for trips on the beach. @milkmakeup jelly tints are perfect for humid long days! And super comfortable on the skin as it’s water based, so good for travel and adding pops of lasting color. @CÉCRED applying a layer of hair oil or leave in conditioner before going into the pool will save your hair from being crunchy! Definitely a protective step. Hope this helped!

Recently I’ve been trying to cook with more intention, after getting food poisoning last month I realized how important taking care of my physical body with food is! Creamy greens miso noodles Saute spinach, kale, garlic (or any leafy greens) in a pan and then blend with silken tofu! Add salt and pepper to seasoning! Combine with any noodle of choice, here I used thick whole wheat pasta! For the chickpea crisp croutons, I seasoned with nutritional yeast, paprika, gochugaru, paprika, and salt! Bake till golden brown and crispy! Enjoy! #tofu #plantbased #easymeals #healthy
