I’m not suggesting soreness does equal to growth BUT it can be a helpful indicator you have worked the muscles effectively ‼️ Here are a few reasons why you’re not experiencing soreness👇🏽 1️⃣ - Are you following hypertrophy principle? You need to increase the weight/sets as the week goes on, this creates more intensity and promotes more muscle stimulation. (Think about also adding dropsets/supersets) 2️⃣ - Are you getting adequate recovery? If you’re working out all the time without giving yourself rest, you won’t provide your muscles the rest it needs for growth 3️⃣ - Are you following a structured program?
