What you’ll need for your tacos: I used… 6 Chicken thighs ( boneless & skinless) 2-3 Chile Poblanos cut in small cubes 1/2 White onion 3 finely diced Garlic cloves 1/2 bunch Cilantro 1/2 pound shredded Monterrey jack Cheese Olive oil (enough to brush onto your corn tortillas on both sides Chili powder to your liking Cumin to your liking Smoked Paprika to your liking Salt to your liking Un chingo de Black Pepper ¿y por qué no? Corn tortillas (I like using yellow corn tortillas) Limes What you’ll need for the salsa: 2 large Avocado 2 large Jalapeño (leave the seeds in for extra heat) 1/2 Cilantro bunch Water (slowly add water so it’s not too watery) 1 whole freshly squeezed lime juice Salt as much as needed Cook chicken at 400 degrees for 20 min or until chicken is throughly cooked. Bake tacos at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Flip tacos midway through. Lookout weekend cause here is an easy recipe for shredded beef for crunchy shredded beef tacos 🥩 Ingredients: Boil •3 pounds boneless Beef Chuck Roast. I cut my roast in big chunks 🥩 •1/2 white or yellow onion 🧅 •5 garlic cloves 🧄 •3-4 Bay leaves 🍃 •25 whole peppercorns •salt •plenty of water to cover your beef completely. Add additional hot water if needed while cooking. Cook on low heat for at least 1hour 30 minutes. In separate pan with oil, sauté •1/2 diced onions 🧅 •3 diced Roma tomatoes 🍅 •garlic powder •pepper •dry crushed oregano 🌿 •1/2 cup of beef broth Once it comes to a low simmer add shredded beef and you are done!!
