If it doesnt burn calories or help you burn/retain muscle…..its not helping you lose fat to any significant extent 🤷‍♂️ yes, most of these can be great in their own way AND if you enjoy them & feel better (mentally & physically) when doing them…keep doing them 🙏🏼 BUT losing fat comes down to: 1) Being in a calorie deficit (eating/drinking less calories and/or burning more calories), 2) Getting in enough protein & some lifting/strength training (to help maintain muscle so that as youre losing weight from your body, you lose mostly body fat & have that lean/toned look you likely want 🙏🏼). Getting in shape (losing fat, building some muscle) is wayyyy more simple & doable than people make it out to be IF you focus on the correct things.
