If it doesnt burn calories or help you burn/retain muscle…..its not helping you lose fat to any significant extent 🤷♂️ yes, most of these can be great in their own way AND if you enjoy them & feel better (mentally & physically) when doing them…keep doing them 🙏🏼 BUT losing fat comes down to: 1) Being in a calorie deficit (eating/drinking less calories and/or burning more calories), 2) Getting in enough protein & some lifting/strength training (to help maintain muscle so that as youre losing weight from your body, you lose mostly body fat & have that lean/toned look you likely want 🙏🏼). These helped me A LOT especially as I got into my adult life (and didnt have alllll day to be at the gym) 💪🏼 OVERALL, being more intentional/focused & chasing the “small”, consistent wins are the best ways to make progress 📈🤝
Lets be honest - 1) youre probably NOT at 1,200 calories regularly. 2) you should start off with a bigger calorie goal to be in a deficit #1200calories #weightloss

When you know HOW fat loss works & what ACTUALLY leads to losing weight/fat (from your whole body - including your stomach), you stop trying to do random “tricks” & focus on the things that actualky matter 🙏🏼
Getting in shape (losing fat, building some muscle) is wayyyy more simple & doable than people make it out to be IF you focus on the correct things. These are some of the things I do/don’t do (and have made/maintained progress) 🙏🏼 ALSO… These same concepts apply for ANYONE (men, women, older, younger) - the only difference is the amount of calories for where you should be & MAYBE more cardio instead of as much lifting - everything else, it 1000% applies to you (no matter who you are) 🙏🏼 MUCH Love & cheers to abs for life lmao, - Pat 💪🏼🙏🏼❤️
