Replying to @Stuart Perry Do you think art should be illegal everywhere? Graffiti became illegal in 1971, so this is a very new way of thinking. It’s a nuanced conversation and this is a short video but I hope I got across my feelings. I think we need fewer restrictions and more creativity. Many artists are scared to make work outside, but it can open up so many new avenues :) Thats probably a controversial take, but remember that big money companies can shape our cities however they want. Colour has been pushed out because they don’t want strong opinions- a bright pink house, some people will love some will hate. A beige house is just fine, no one has a strong opinion = more sales. #artist #painting #artproblems
