After creating beauty content for over 10 years… I have no words 😂

2024 so far has been all about putting my health & wellness as my number 1 priority 🫶🏽 I'm only 4 months in but it's been the year of finally quitting gluten (which I am intolerant to & didn't notice all the signs my body was telling me), taking out ultra processed foods after reading Ultra Processed People, not having sugar (apart from berries & a touch of maple syrup on the odd occasion) as I was becoming insulin resistant & also the fact that diabetes runs in my family, & dairy unless it's very high quality ghee 🥹 Never in a million years did I think I'd be able to to stick to such a lifestyle change but l am becoming the person I have always meant to be 🤍 I have learnt so much on my wellness plan that I'm doing with @Natalia Botanicals - I've learnt about my triggers, my mind-gut-connection, prioritising sleep, sweating it out in my @HigherDOSE, tracking my wellbeing using my @ouraring, what + how I would be eating, reducing inflammation in my body by living an anti inflammatory way of life, hitting my 10k steps every day, using the incredible properties of adaptogens & so, so, so much more 🧿 If you follow me over on stories you'll see me sharing my wellness journey with you all but I had to share this to the grid because for the last 5 or 6 years l've struggled so much with my mental health, my gut, and anxiety to name a few.
