let's talk about my current gym split: I am currently doing 3 leg days, 2 upper body, 1 full body and an active rest day. Recently my active rest day has been running with my dog, which I've been loving! My 3 leg days are structured into 2 glute focus and 1 quad. On upper body days I like to work my whole body waist up! I know many people who split things up to back/bis or chest/tris for their upper body days.
