#ad New flavours unlocked with Coopers 🫢🍻 Full RECIPE Below! 👨‍🍳⤵️ Serves 2 BIG Sandwiches 😇 🧀🍻 Cheese Sauce Ingredients: - 35g butter, - 60 ml of Coopers Botanic Ale, - 3 tsp mustard, - 12g plain all-purpose flour, - 140g high quality Cheddar Cheese, hand grated (not packet grated), - 70g Cream cheese, - Pinch of Salt and Pepper, - 1/2 tsp Paprika & 1/2 tsp garlic powder, - Additional Cheddar Cheese for melting on top of bread, - Worcestershire sauce, for drizzling (optional). 🥪 Sandwich Ingredients: - 4 big slices of preferred sandwich bread, cut at least 2.5cm thick. - Drizzle of olive oil for cooking - 4 Thick Pork Sausages. - 6 slices of short cut bacon. - 4 eggs, cooked sunny side up. - Large handful Thinly Chopped Chives - Handful of large, crinkle cut sea salt potato chips. - Pinch Salt and Pepper. 🥪 Sandwich Method: 1. Chop and prepare all other sandwich ingredients ready for cooking. 2. In a large pan, fry up your bacon on a low heat for around 2 minutes on each side, or until browned and crispy. 3. In the residual bacon grease, add in your sausages and cook until browned nicely. When sausages have slightly browned, optionally drizzle beer into the pan and let that cook down with the sausages until they’re completed. 4. Finally, cook your eggs to your preference and aside all ingredients while you make the cheese sauce. Or, complete these processes simultaneously! 👨‍🍳 📚Cheese Sauce Method: 1. On a low heat - Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Let the butter bubble slightly and begin to brown, then lower (or turn off) your heat while you mix in your flower bit by bit. Incorporate the flower well until it begins to look like a thick paste. 2. Next, add the beer and mustard. Raise the heat again and stir/ cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Then add the cream cheese and stir slowly until melted. Follow this by adding your shredded cheese and continue stirring thoroughly until saucy texture occurs. 4. Finally, mix in the seasonings. Then remove cheese sauce from heat and set aside until ready to serve on sandwich. 🧐 NOTES: - Make sure to stir with intent. This loosens the sauce more and better incorporates your ingredients. - Note that the more cheese you add, the stringier and less ‘saucy’ the mix becomes. - If the sauce stiffens you can add more beer to loosen it up. Note that the key to achieving that saucy texture (vs just ‘melted cheese in a pot’) is getting that ‘flour and butter’ mix right at the beginning. 👷‍♂️ 🛠️Assembly: 1. Preheat oven on broiler setting. Place ‘already toasted’ bread slices on a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices, smoothing out right to the edges to avoid burnt crusts. Then sprinkle over some additional bits of grated cheddar cheese. 3. Grill the bread until toasted and cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately drizzled with Worcestershire saucen (optional). EASY Vodka Parm Sauce 🔥 RECIPE BELOW! 👨‍🍳💅🏻 IG @marcus.costanzo😘 Sauce Ingredients📝 : - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely sliced. - 1 whole brown, or white onion, diced. - Splash of olive oil. - Pinch of salt and pepper. - Sprinkle of dried chilli flakes. - 2 full bottles of tomato passata - 1 dollop/ drizzle of heavy cream. Method 👨‍🍳: 1. Chop up onions and garlic while slowly heating a large pan with olive oil. 2. Add onions to pan, cook down until lightly browned, then add garlic. Stir regularly and add more oil if garlic begins to brown too quickly. 3. Season mix with salt and pepper after a few minutes, then add chilli flakes. 4. Pour in passata bottles, mix and then bring to a light simmer for around 5-7 minutes. 5. Pour in cream, mix, and then bring to a simmer again for another 5-7 minutes. 6. Use sauce in the chopped sandwich you see in the video. Fry up schnitzel, add sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Melt, then add basil and mixed salad leaves along with some dorito chips! 7. Not lying tho… this Pork Burger was CRAZAY 🤧🔥 FULL RECIPE Below ⤵️ 📝 Burger Ingredients: - Big Briosche Buns. - Orange Cheddar Cheese, - 1 White Onion, Chopped finely. - 2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped. - 1 green chilli, finely chopped. - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter. - Optional: A squeeze of your favourite BBQ sauce - Garnish: Melted butter & chopped parsley mix, - Garnish Loads of Shaven Parmesan 📝 Slaw Ingredients: - White & Purple Cabbage, Sliced thin, - Grated Carrots, - Equal Parts Sour Cream & Mayonaise, - Drizzle of white vinegar, - Salt and Peppe, 👨‍🍳 Heating Left Over Pork Method: 1. Make the pulled pork recipe on my feed! 2. In a pan on medium heat, add butter and allow it to melt. 3. Then add in your onions and chillies. Then cook down until caramelised and brown. 4. Next, add garlic and cook briefly before adding the left over pulled pork to begin reheating. 4. From here, stir less, and allow pork to caramelise and form little bits of crust before flipping and turning. 5. This GIANT Tomahawk was YUMMY! 😋 Compound Butter RECIPE Below!⤵️👨‍🍳 📝 Ingredients: - Unsalted butter, - Roasted Garlic - Lemon Zest - Lemon Juice - Chopped Parlsey - Chilli Flakes - Salt & Pepper 🧑‍🍳 Butter Method: 1. Chop the top off the garlic head. 2. Drizzle exposed garlic with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Wrap Garlic with alfoil and roast in oven until garlic is browned and soft. In the meantime, remove butter from fridge to allow it to soften slightly. 4. Mix all butter ingredients together thoroughly. 5. Place butter onto some cling wrap, then use the wrap to roll the butter into a suasage shape. 6. Twist wrap at the ends to seal butter, than place in the fridge to cool down and firm up. 7. When steak is ready and about to begin resting, slice the butter into medallions and layer the butter on top of the steak. 8. The CHEESIEST Mac & Cheese EVER! 😤🔥 Save the Full Recipe & Try it yourself! 🧑‍🍳 ✏️Ingredients: - 150g dried macaroni - 25g unsalted butter, plus extra for frying - 25g plain flour - 150g whole milk, warmed - 80g mature cheddar, coarsely grated - 80g mozzarella, torn into small pieces - 30g parmesan cheese shaved. - 1 tbs garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne pepper. - 2 tsp gochujang or chilli paste - 3 spring onions, finely sliced. - 1 bunch chives, finely sliced. - Salt & Pepper to taste. 🧑‍🍳Method: 1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 8 minutes (until al dente – cooked but with a bit of bite), then drain. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan, then stir in the flour and cook for a minute. 2. Slowly whisk in the warmed milk bit by bit to create a smooth sauce, which will thicken after a few minutes. Beat in the cheeses until melted, then stir in the gochujang, spring onions, sesame seeds and seasonings. Add the pasta and stir together well. 3. If making mac n cheese separately, regardless of the sandwich - place mix into a large baking dish. When it’s filled half way, sprinkle in a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese. Then layer in the remaining mac n cheese mix. Add additional cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to the top, loosely cover with alfoil and the place in the oven at 170 degrees celcius for 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered - or until there is a cheese crust. #macncheese #macandcheese #EasyRecipes #foodcreator #cheesypasta #macncheeserecipe

The YUMMIEST Fresh Chocolate Brownies EVER! 😤🔥 Save the Full Recipe & Try it yourself! 🧑‍🍳 ⏰ Prep Time: 10 mins ⌛️ Cook Time: 25 mins 🙌🏼 Serves: 12 Big pieces. ✏️Ingredients: - 200g unsalted butter. - 200 g, or 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips - 175 g (1 cup) brown sugar. - 1 tsp vanilla extract. - 3 eggs, lightly beaten. - 75g (1/2 cup) plain flour. - 30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder. - Pinch of salt. - 180g dark chocolate bar, chopped into chunks. 🧑‍🍳Method: 1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced. 2. Spray a 20cm square tin with oil and line with baking paper. Make sure there’s paper overhang so you can lift brownies out of the tin. 3. Place butter and chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, microwave in 30 second bursts, 2-3 times until melted. Stir until smooth. 4. Add brown sugar and vanilla and mix. Then add beaten eggs and mix well until smooth and molten. 5. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Stir until smooth. Then mix in the chopped chocolate. 6. Pour mixture into pan, then use a spatula to even it out fairly flat. 7. Place in preheated oven for 29 minutes until fudgey, but moist texture. Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes before lifting out of the pan. 8. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Then cut, and enjoy immediately.
