My first attempt making my own silicon mold and it was a journey! I 3D printed the fluted then used a silicon mixture to make a mold. I filled it with a white chocolate shell, a yoghurt mousse, almond and raspberry financier, raspberry compote, lemon cremeux and citrus crunch. I used the coulis to make a swirlyyyy design on top then finished it with a wafer thin meringue crown. Honestly I was so happy to smash this one and see the end of it - it was still kinda frozen but I just had to get it over with 😂 #baking #pastry #pastryart
