After strong & flexy front splits👀? - Stop over complicating your training & break it down. - Front splits require flexible hamstrings & flexible hip flexors but and by contracting the opposite side of the joint we help these muscles relax! - So if we can get the opposite side of the joint (our hip flexors or front leg & glutes & hamstring of back leg) to be strong enough to pull us into the position it’s going to help us SO SO much.
