JAPAN DINING ETIQUETTE 🙋🏼‍♀️🍴🍱 it will feel really rude to raise your hand and call out for help, but that’s how it’s done here! You don’t need to be agressive about it, just a polite hand raise / wave / or shoutout is totally appropriate. Give it a go! Fine + fine-dining is a little different - the staff is more intentional about checking on you and your needs as a guest. I STAYED AT A SAKE BREWERY 😲🍶🇯🇵 I’ve lived in Japan for 4.5 years, and this was one of the coolest overnight experiences I’ve had! It’s only 1.5 hours from Tokyo- making it accessible and quick if you want an overnight out of the city.
