My full science based hair loss stack 👇🏼 1. Topical minoxidil - a vasodilator which increases blood flow to the scalp and hair follicles. Reduces the length of time hair follicles remain dominant and increases the growing phases resulting in better quality fuller hair. 10% topical solution directly onto the scalp once per day or 5% twice per day. I use a pipette rather than spray to go straight to scalp and stop my hair from looking greasy. It’s also 100% made my facial hair better as a side effect. 2. Oral finasteride - DHT is the root cause of male pattern baldness. Whilst minoxidil works as a growth agent, finasteride tackles the root cause of the problem (DHT) so it’s essential to have something to manage DHT. Finasteride works by inhibiting an enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT thus reducing DHT in the scalp (saving those precious follicles) I started on topical finasteride but now take 1mg every day orally. 3. Micro needling - once per week at 1-1.5mm. It’s thought that by causing small amounts of trauma, natural growth factors are released that can assist in hair growth and density as part of your bodies natural healing process. Research shows it has a cumulative effect on hair growth when combined with minoxidil. 4. Nizarol shampoo - originally made as an anti fungal treatment it’s also been shown to have mild DHT inhibiting properties in the scalp. I use once per week. If you want to grab hair loss treatments Manual have hooked me up so you can get 55% off with MO55TT. I’ve used them for years for the topical spray ✌🏼🔗 in b10
