Its about time you do a freakin muscle up 💪 Lol I remember when someone asked me if I could do a “muscle up” and I was like what the heck is that? Kinda a silly name in my opinion but it is what it is 😂
This is IMPORTANT! This is for TRAINING only. You wont all of a sudden be able to more Pull Ups from doing this, in fact it will make you do less pull ups IN TRAINING. But after you train using this method and let your muscles have a few days of rest everything will be more trained to work together and thats where the strength comes from. People think I am saying that stressing your biceps before you do reps will allow you to all of a sudden do more but this again - IS ONLY A TRAINING METHOD. Do it a couple days a week, rest and youll come back way stronger 💪
