Risole/ paté thon Ingredients: 2 Cups / 250 g All Purpose Flour 6 TBSP / 85 g Margarine (Unsalted) 1 TSP Salt Between 6 - 10 TBSP water (100 - 150 ml) For the Filling: 1 Can Tuna Flakes Small Red onion Coriander Perfect bakes from @Perfect Italiano MU 3 cheese (melts very nicely and mixes perfectly in the risole) Sweet Corn Kernel Salt and pepper to Taste Oil (Deep Frying) Instructions: Cut the butter in small squares and combine it to the flour and salt mix Add water and knead the dough with your hands for 5-10mins until smooth Roll your dough 0.5cm thick and cut into rectangles In a separate bowl, add your tuna, onion, coriander, cheese and mix Put your filling on your rolled dough and fold Close off the ends and with a fork press down

Garlic cheese bombs 💣 using @Perfect Italiano MU mozarella block 🧀 To make the dough: 2.5 cups flour 1 tsp yeast 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup warm water 1 tbsp oil To make the cheese bombs: -Divide your dough into 8 balls and roll them -Place your mozarella cheese inside (I used Perfect Italiano’s mozzarella block because it’s so stretchy and convenient) 😍 - Spread garlic butter in an oven safe dish and place your cheese dough balls - Bake at 190c for 25mins
Super moist and delicious easy milk cake 🍰 Ingredients For the cake: - 1/2 cup @Farmland_Mru milk - 1 tsp vinegar - 1/2 cup castor sugar - 1/4 cup vegetable oil - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda For the cake soak (important) - 1 cup milk - 6 tbsp fresh cream - 2 tbsp icing sugar Bake at 180c for 25mins, let the cake cool, poke some holes in the cake then add the soak mixture (it will make the cake really moist) Top with whipping cream and strawberries 🍓 #mauritius

Super delicious Moussaka😍 Recipe: - Cut 3-4 potatoes, pat dry and bake for 15mins - Cut 2 eggplants, salt heavily and let sit for 15mins. Pat dry the excess water & cook them in oil - Make a bolognese sauce: garlic, onion, minced beef or soya, seasoning, canned tomato + a bit of water & bouillon cube. Let simmer until water is almost gone - Make white sauce: butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper - Assemble the moussaka and top with Perfect bakes cheese from @Perfect Italiano MU - Bake until cheese is melted and has a golden crust
