I would have eaten these Cloud Eggs everyday if I was a kid. They are light, fluffy and it’s a versatile entree for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Chili crisp oil took this dish to another level ☁️🥚🤤 Ingredients: 4 Large Eggs Salt and Pepper, to Taste Optional Toppings: Chili Crisp Oil, Grated Cheese, Chopped Herbs, Crumbled Bacon Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two separate bowls. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This may take a few minutes. Make sure it’s on the highest speed so that the egg whites are infused with air. Give the egg whites a very light and gentle stir (just a few times) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the whipped egg whites onto the baking sheet, forming four mounds. Use the back of a spoon to make a small indent in the center of each mound. Gently place one egg yolk into each indent in the whipped egg whites. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, to taste. Optionally, sprinkle a little chili crisp oil, grated cheese, chopped herbs, or cooked crumbled bacon over the eggs for added flavor. This is the easiest Chili Crisp Garlic Butter Pasta recipe on the planet 🌎🍝 Find many other similar recipes in both of my recipe books The Undrafted Chef Vol 1. & The Undrafted Chef Vol 2. 🔥🔥 Ingredients: Spaghetti (8-10 oz) 3 Tbsp Chili Crisp Oil (plus extra to serve) 1 Stick Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter 6 Garlic Cloves (minced) 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1/3 Cup Scallions (finely chopped) Finely Chopped Parsley or Cilantro for Garnish Instructions: Begin by heating a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once the water is boiling rapidly, add the pasta and cook until it reaches al dente. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce in large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add the butter and wait for it to start foaming. Then, add the garlic and stir until it softens and becomes fragrant, being careful not to let it brown. Add the chili crisp oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stirring well. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat until the pasta is ready. Once the pasta is al dente, reserve ¼ cup of the pasta cooking liquid. Return the sauce to high heat and add the pasta directly to the pan. Pour in the reserved pasta water. This Cowboy Butter recipe is the ultimate pairing for any steak 🥩 Ingredients: 1 1/2 Sticks of Butter (12 Tbsp) 6 Garlic Cloves (minced) 1 Medium Shallot (minced) 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped) 2 Tbsp Scallions (minced) 1 Tsp Dry Thyme 1/2 Tsp Chipotle Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard Salt to taste Instructions: In a medium-sized pot or skillet over medium heat, add the butter and melt it halfway, then turn off the heat. Pro Tip: You will probably want to slightly reduce the heat before the butter melts halfway down. This will give it the perfect semi-thick consistency. This Loaded Chili Garlic Cabbage is superior when it comes to flavor 🤌🏾 If you can’t find cabbage recipe you like, try this version 🔥🔥 Inspo @patty.plates Ingredients: 1 Medium Sized Head of Cabbage Chili Garlic Sauce (store-bought or homemade) 1/2 Cup Sake 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes Fresh Parsley (chopped) ½ Cup Breadcrumbs (finely blended or store-bought for topping) Parmesan Cheese (for topping) Instructions: Lightly toast the breadcrumbs in a medium skillet and add the parsley and red chili flakes. Toss for about 1 minute and remove from heat. Cut the cabbage into quarters, leaving a smooth point at the stem. On a baking sheet or cutting board, salt the quarters of cabbage generously. In a large skillet on high heat, add a little extra virgin olive oil. Sear each side of the cabbage wedges aggressively until brown. Deglaze with Sake, and reduce heat to medium (let the sake reduce by half) Add chili garlic sauce and soy sauce to the pan, incorporate the ingredients and baste. Remove cabbage quarters from the pan and onto a serving plate or bowl. Top the cabbage off with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Add in your ginger paste, garlic paste, salt & pepper and gently mix with your hands. Add your beaten egg, corn starch and flour and gently mix again. Add in your chopped cilantro. And gently fold. Yields about 1 Lb (20-25) JumboShrimp (peeled) Creole Fried Shrimp Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Green Seasoning (my own recipe is in my ebook “The Undrafted Chef”) 2 Tsp Creole Seasoning (I make my own, but use Tony C’s) 1 Tsp Coarse Pepper 2 Eggs (beaten) 1/2 Cup Cornstarch 1/4 Cup Flour Creole Butter Sauce: 12 Tosp of Butter (1.5 sticks) 3 Garlic Cloves (minced) 1 Tbsp of Creole Seasoning (I make my own, but use Tony C’s) Lemon Zest from One Lemon Lemon Juice from One Lemon 1 Tbsp of Honey Make sure to pat dry the shrimp after they are peeled. Sea lanie, lese soning and pepper treen lightly toss. Add the beaten egg, starch and flour and toss until fully coated. You may need gloves for this step. Place them individually on a baking rack to set for about 15-20 minutes. Heat oil to about 350-360 degrees and fry in batches of 7 for about 2 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan. Creole Butter Sauce: On medium heat melt the butter, add the garlic and whisk. Add the zest from one lemon, lemon juice then add the creole seasoning and whisk. Add the honey and whisk again. turn the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the shrimp, toss and serve with remoulade sauce. #shrimp #seafood #food #foodtiktok

Korean Style Fried Chicken Wings are one of my all time favorites things to eat 🍗 🤤🔥 Instructions: Place the chicken in a large bowl and mix with salt, ginger, and black pepper. Add the potato starch and make sure each wing is firmly coated. Squeeze each wing to press the coating to it tightly. Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, minced garlic, and the dried red chili peppers. Stir with a wooden spoon until fragrant for about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, rice syrup, vinegar, and mustard. Mix until incorporated with a wooden spoon and let it bubble for about 1 minute. Add the brown sugar and continue stirring. Remove from the heat and set aside. Add your oil to a large frying pan, pot or cast iron skillet and heat it up until the temp reaches 365 degrees. Add the coated wings one by one into the hot oil and deep fry for about 12 to 13 minutes until crispy, turning over a few times with tongs. Take the wings out of the oil and shake them off in a strainer or let them drain on a wire rack. Turn off the heat, and let the wings sit for a few minutes. When the chicken is done, reheat the sauce until it bubbles. Add the chicken to the sauce until all of the wings are full coated. Remove from the heat and transfer the coated chicken to a large platter. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over top and serve immediately. Ingredients: 2-3 pounds Chicken Wings (cut) 1 Tsp Kosher Salt 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger ⅔ cup Potato Starch or Cornstarch 5 Cloves Garlic (minced) 8-10 Dried Red Chili Peppers (seeded, cut crosswise into ⅓ inch pieces - optional) ¼ cup soy sauce 1/3 Cup Rice Syrup or Corn Syrup 1 Tbsp White Vinegar 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard or Regular Mustard 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish) Grapeseed oil, Vegetable oil, Peanut oil or Canola oil for Frying #chickenwings #koreanfood #Foodie #foodtiktok

I’ve never eaten clean on Cinco de Mayo, but today is a new day! This chicken burrito bowl with a jalapeño cilantro sauce was absolutely delicious 🤤 🥗 Ingredients for the Chicken: 2-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about ½ inch thick) 5 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Lime Zest (from two limes, save the limes for the green sauce) 5 Garlic Cloves (minced) 1¼ Tsp Ancho Chili Powder ½ Tsp Ground Coriander ¼ Tsp Dried Oregano 1¼ Tsp Salt ½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper Jalapeño Cilantro Sauce: 1 Jalapeño (seeded or unseeded and roughly chopped) 1 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped) 3 Garlic Cloves (minced) ½ cup Mayonnaise ¼ cup Sour Cream 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (from 1 lime) 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil ½ Tsp Salt ½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper Instructions for the Chicken: In a large bowl, add the chicken breast and all of the ingredients for the chicken, and mix the ingredients into the chicken until incorporated. You can use it right away, but for the best results, let it marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. On medium-high heat, using a cast-iron skillet or skillet of choice, lay the chicken down in the skillet and cook on each side for roughly 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove chicken from the skillet and slice into strips. Instructions for the Jalapeño Cilantro Sauce: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend into a smooth sauce. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. This Canned Salmon Pasta 🍝 will have your spouse on their knees begging for more 🤤 Instructions: Cook pasta in a large pot of water with a generous pinch of salt according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add finely chopped shallots and cook stirring often for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and mix until fragrant. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute until incorporated. Mix in chopped sundried tomatoes, capers, fresh dill, canned salmon. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined into a sauce. Bring the sauce back to a simmer and add the parmesan cheese. Once your pasta is cooked, save about 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water. Add the pasta to the pan with sauce and toss gently to coat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, add pasta water as needed to thin out the sauce and mix gently one last time and serve. Ingredients: 2 Cans of Salmon (drained) 14-16 oz Tagliatelle Dry Pasta 2 Medium Sized Shallots (minced) 5 Garlic Cloves (minced) 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste 1/2 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes in oil (drained, rinsed, and chopped) 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill 2 Tbsp Capers 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Cup Heavy Cream 1/2 Freshly Grated Parmesan cheese (or pecorino/plus a little more for serving) #pasta #seafood #foodtiktok #food

This is how you make a Spaghetti Carbonara. It’s really only four ingredients. It’s a very simple quick dish that taste absolutely amazing 🤤🤌🏾 Spaghetti Carbonara Ingredients: 10 ounces Guanciale (diced) 8 ounces Pecorino cheese (grated or powdered) 1 Box of Spaghetti (you’ll use about 12 oz) 3 Egg Yolks 1 Whole Egg Salt for the Pasta Water Cracked Pepper for Garnish Instructions: Place a large pot of water on to boil with a few pinches of salt in it. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente. In a large frying pan, add the guanciale and place on medium-high heat. Once the guanciale is golden, remove from the heat and drain the fat from it, keeping both the guanciale and fat. In a mixing bowl, add all the eggs and the cheese, then add about 1/2 cup of the hot pasta water and mix. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the same pan the guanciale was cooked in and then add 3/4 of the cooked guanciale and the cheese and egg mixture. Mix well (note you do not want the heat on under this), feel free to add some more of the hot pasta water if you feel it needs it. Serve and sprinkle some of the leftover guanciale on the top and some fresh black pepper. #pasta #food #Foodie #foodtiktok
