Whip heavy cream. Add crushed cookies, whipped cream, dulce de leche and strawberries in layers in 4 dessert glasses. Top with chopped Daim. All you need is: Recipe for 8 croissants: Cookie dough 140 g butter, soft 50 g brown sugar 100 g of sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla sugar 200 g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 125 g of dark chocolate drops 8 croissants Melted chocolate Whisk butter, brown sugar and sugar together until light. Then whisk in the egg. Turn the flour, baking powder and chocolate into the dough and leave it on the kitchen table. Bake croissants. Fill croissants with cookie dough, add some on top and bake croissants with cookie dough for 10 min. at 200 C/425 F.
