BANANA SPLIT OATS & MANGO CHAI PUDDING Ingredients Mango Chia Pudding (1 portion): 3/4 Cup ( 171 gr ) - Greek Joghurt 3/4 Cup ( 177 ml ) - Plant Milk (I use soy) 1/4 Cup ( 50 gr ) - Chia Seeds 2 tsp - maple syrup 1 tsp - vanilla extract 1 ripe, sweet mango Coconut milk (optional) Recipe: 1. mix all the ingredients (except the mango) together for your chia pudding. Store in fridge for 30 mins or overnight. 2. Use half of the fresh mango and mix it till it’s a purée. I used frozen mango for this, a little bit of coconut milk from the can & sweetener but it tastes a lot better if you just use fresh mango instead. 3. Once the chia pudding is chilled you can assemble everything in your glass/meal prep container. 4. First you‘re doing a layer of the mango puree, second layer is your chia pudding. 5. Use the other mango half from step 2 & cut little chunks to put on top of your pudding. Enjoy 🥭 Ingredients Banana Split Overnight Oats (1 portion): 3/4 Cup ( 171 gr ) - Greek Joghurt 1/2 Cup ( 115 ml ) - Plant Milk ( I eyeballed this ) 3/4 Cup ( 65 gr ) - rolled oats 1 Banana 1/8 Cup Coconut flakes (10 - 15 gr) Vanilla extract or Vanilla sweetener Splash of cinnamon Recipe: 1. Mix your Joghurt with the vanilla & 3/4 of the banana chunks. 2. Put it in your glass/meal prep container & layer oats on top. 3. Pour in the milk & mix everything together. 4. Put coconut flakes on top. 5. Sprinkle with some cinnamon. 6. Layer remaining banana chunks on top. You can also use berries but I like it better with banana 🍌 7.
