𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐓𝐎 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒 “𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄” 👽 My last post about me gaining weight 🫃🏽was wrongly perceived by many peoples 😫. I did this post to show you that even I as a “Healthy lifestyle content creator” have ups and downs in this fitness progress. There is no such thing as perfection 😅 Now, what I want to tell you is, STOP 🛑 comparing yourself to others. My ideal weight is maybe not yours, my ideal body is maybe not yours, my ideal life is maybe not yours, etc. Everyone is different in this world 🌍 and everyone has different goals. What you need to do, is to work towards a better version than the one you were yesterday. Remember, 1% better every day 💪🏾.
