It’s the last day of January!! First month of the new year done 💃🙆‍♀️ Any New Year’s resolution-ers wanna share how their progress has gone? :) I know new gym goers get a bad rep because the gyms are always full now but I think it’s AMAZING to see so many people trying to make positive changes for their lives. It inspires me even more to see them do their thing 💪😤 Using my @legion post-workout in the best flavor to ever exist BLUE RASPBERRYYYY 💙🫶✨ One of the best things I ever did for my gym journey was get into taking supplements, both pre-workout and post-workout. I started my fitness journey without taking any supplements, and don’t get me wrong, you can definitely make awesome progress without it! But now that I start my workouts with pre-workout and take creatine I feel sooo much more confident in my progress 🧘‍♀️💕 And that’s kinda the whole message that @legion promotes, supplements are never “necessary” but they can really help!
