MOJITO TIME (it’s always mojito time now hahah recipe below) also im reminiscing on this tour bc it was seriously sooo cool! I could talk about everything I learned for ~hours~. Paul is beyond chill and knowledgeable (he’s extra cool because he’s letting me share his recipe on social media hahaha) -To a 20oz (ish) glass add 2tsp Demerara sugar, 1/2oz key lime juice (it’s more concentrated than normal limes), bunch of mint (leave the stems!!) and muddle 20 times (fun fact: Paul and his wife spent a week counting the muddles and came to the perfect number of 20 🤣). -fill the glass with ice, add 2oz of rum, top with 4oz of soda water. Stir a couple times!
