CRISPY EDGE PEPPERONI ROLLS (makes 12) 1 (13.8-oz.) tube refrigerated pizza dough 2 Tbsp. olive oil Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes 8 oz. provolone cheese slices 8 oz. pepperoni slices Handful of fresh basil, torn Cooking spray 1/2 cup marinara sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Ranch dressing, for serving Preheat oven to 400F. Unroll the pizza dough into a rectangle; brush with olive oil and coat with seasonings. Cover with a layer of provolone then a layer of pepperoni; sprinkle over fresh basil. Slowly roll it up then cut into 12 one-inch slices. Coat a 12-count muffin tin with cooking spray then add one pinwheel into each slot. Top with sauce and mozzarella and bake until dark golden brown and bubbling, 20-22 minutes. In a baking dish, add gnocchi, tomatoes, spinach, artichokes, and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Add wine and broth then spread sausage in an even layer up top.
