For example: 6-7am Gym 7-9am Get ready & have breakfast 9-11am English essay 11-12:30pm Math homework etc 📆 . 3️⃣ Pomodoro Method - 25min study, 5min break. Repeat × 4 then take a 15-20min break. This will revolutionise the way you work, how efficient you are, and your focus. The short study periods provide a sense of urgency, stopping you from giving into distractions like using your phone ⏰ . 4️⃣ Spaced Repetition -review content at regular, increasing intervals. For example: —> when you get home from school —> again that weekend —> the weekend after —> in a fortnight —> in a month —> in 3 months.
