I’m not saying the ~overrated~ protein sources are ~bad~. I’m just saying…. They’re not what you should be having as a MAIN protein source if you’re trying to lose fat &/or get enough protein in 🤝 ALSO… The ~underrated~ protein sources are ~underrated~ because they’re superrrrr low calorie & high protein (and filling for the calories). Okay they might not be underrated - these are pretty basic.
