Macros  430 calories 50gP / 11gF / 31gC Serves: 2   Shopping list ✍️ - 2 chicken breasts - Salt & pepper - 2 tsp peri peri seasoning (use 1 for less spice) - 4 tbsp peri peri marinade - 2 brioche buns - Sliced lettuce - 30g light halloumi, grilled - 2 tsp perinaise - 2 tsp chilli jam Optional: a drizzle of garlic & herb sauce Method Butterfly the chicken breast then season with salt, pepper, peri peri seasoning and 2 tbsp peri marinade. Air fry on 190C for 6-7 mins each side or until cooked. A few mins before the chicken is cooked grill the halloumi slices then whack the brioche in the air fryer to toast. My website is in my bio to enquire 🫶🏽 Macros👇 Calories 576 Protein 55g Fat 13g Carbs 61g Ingredients👇 (2) 400g chicken breast 1tbsp garlic granules 1tbsp paprika 1tbsp oregano 1tbsp chicken seasoning 1tbsp 5 spice 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1tbsp sesame oil 1tbsp honey 3tbsp soy sauce 1 finely chopped garlic clove 2tbsp cornflour 250g cooked basmati rice Spring onion Cube the chicken, season with garlic granules, paprika, oregano, chicken seasoning and 5 spice. Mix in the cornflour then add to a baking tray to air fry for 20 mins at 200. (I like mine overcooked/crispy so adjust cooking times to preference) Mix together sweet chilli, honey, garlic, sesame oil and soy. Add the sauce to a pan over a high heat, add a splash of water to loosen it, then add the cooked chicken. Add the cooked rice to the pineapple bowl along with the sticky chicken. Top with sliced spring onions.
