Microwaved until thick) 2&1/2 cup bread flour 2&1/2 tbsp butter softened Instructions: 1.Mix together milk sugar and yeast and cover with a dish towel and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy add into mixing bowl, add in salt, egg and tanzghong. 2.Add in bread flour to mixer and then add in softened butter once mixed together form into a ball and place into a greased bowl cover with a dish towel and let rise for about an hour. 3.Punch out air from dough and separate into smaller balls while adding an additional 2 smaller balls for the ears. Place onto baking tray and cover again to proof for half an hour. 4.Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Once done let cool for about 10 minutes then decorate with chocolate and enjoy!
