Today is day 100 of my fitness journey (unedited raw photo)💪🏻 Running 5-10K (30-60 minutes) and weights every day, plus clean eating. Obviously I'm flexing here and although my "resting" body isn't quite where I want to be, compared to where I was a little over 3 months ago, I feel fantastic. I've had, and continue to have, days where I feel unmotivated and have definitely stumbled some days (over eating, skipped a run or the gym). But the key is consistency over the long run. I used to let one bad day throw off all my progress. Now I look at those days as just part of the process - and possibly even necessary! The biggest thing I've learned is discipline and consistency is everything. Motivation means nothing. It's fleeting. Showing up when you don't want to and DOING THE THING ANYWAY. That's the absolute key. PS: 40.29% of 2024 is over. It's not too late to start your goals! Remember: one day? Or...day one. 🫱🏻🫲🏽 #Fitness #fitnessmotivation
