I had the opportunity to guest teach a class at a university today. It’s a smaller class so I was able to make some treats for them. I love this decorating method for 4 reasons: 1-it’s cute 2-it’s easy 3-it’s relatively fast (compared to royal icing) 4-AND it tastes good! I prefer buttercream on my sugar cookies. Next week I am teaching a class at a different university. Both business classes. This class will be three hours long and that’s probably a good thing because I had so much to say today that I ran out of time.
