italian parmesan crispy baked potatoes 🧄🧀 guaranteed to be crispy every single time! recipe: 24 oz small potatoes
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp chicken bouillon 
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 cups grated parmesan boil whole potatoes with baking soda + bouillon until fork-tender.
drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
mix oil with all the seasonings, then toss with potatoes and 1 cup of the parmesan.
spread on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan over the top.

one of my fav meat dishes 🤤 this mother’s day, create unforgettable flavors with minimal effort. @ofoodusa bbq sauce brings the deep, rich taste of korean-style braised beef short ribs (galbijjim) right to your table — because mom deserves the very best. 💖🍖 ingredients: 4.5 lbs short ribs 1 onion 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp peppercorns 1 large chunk of ginger 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks 10 oz korean radish, cut into large chunks 5 green onions (whites only) 10 shiitake mushrooms 1 bottle of o’food premium korean bbq sauce 4 cups water 2 cups water (for later) start by soaking your short ribs in cold water for 30 minutes to draw out the blood, then parboil them with enough water to cover the ribs, 1 large onion, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp peppercorns, and the ginger for 15 minutes. rinse the meat well and add to a 5.5 qt dutch oven (minimal size for everything to fit). pour o’food’s bbq sauce all over the ribs, then add 4 cups of water. cover, bring to a boil over high (or medium high) heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. after 30 mins, remove the lid and simmer uncovered for an additional 30 mins over medium low heat. next, add green onions, carrots, korean radish, and shiitake mushrooms along with 2 cups of water. cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until everything is tender. if the meat isn’t fall-off-the-bone tender yet, keep simmering for another 30 minutes covered. if there’s too much braising liquid, uncover and simmer on medium heat to reduce it. garnish with green onion greens and sesame seeds before serving. serve up this comforting, rich dish with steamed rice, and enjoy! 🍚✨ #galbijjim #koreanfood #koreanbbq #mothersday #braisedshortribs #ofood #korean #asianfood #asiancooking #shortribs #kfood #onepot #onepotrecipe

the easiest noodle dish ever 🍜 #japanesefood #curryudon #noodles beef curry udon might just be the easiest and most flavorful noodle dish you can whip up in 15 minutes. thanks to thinly sliced beef rolls and premade japanese curry roux, everything cooks super fast. i’ve made this a little differently each time, and honestly, it turns out delicious every single time~ ingredients: 1 tbsp neutral oil 1 onion, thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 lb beef chuck rolls 6 cups beef broth 110g s&b golden curry mix 2 beaten eggs soy sauce & black pepper to taste udon noodles (fresh or frozen) instructions: sauté onions in oil with a pinch of salt until soft and golden. add garlic and sauté for 1 min. then add the beef, and cook until browned. pour in broth and stir in curry mix. bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 10 mins. slowly drizzle in beaten eggs while gently stirring. season with soy sauce and black pepper. cook udon separately, then pour curry over noodles and serve! garnish with green onions and a raw egg yolk (if you like em) 🥚🍳
