We tried everything. We kept it internal. We did our job as employees and reported/documented our concerns with leadership. They ignored us. I wrote to the board, and it put a target on our backs. I tried to file a complaint with the EEOC. There aren’t any interview dates for the rest of the year. This org has gone unchecked for years. Enough is enough. #hopeandhelpcenterofcentralflorida
