Watch her let go ❤️‍🩹 This was a moment at our Women’s Empowerment Retreat in Bali This beautiful woman didn’t trust men because of a past that showed her that men were not safe. She came to this retreat for her; for a new chapter, for deeper connection, for space, for feeling for healing, for self compassion for self discovery. In a workshop she shared that Luka triggered her. He felt unsafe. Like the other men from her past. Luka asked her to stand up in front of him. He asked her: “What do I represent?” She shared. He reminded her that he wasn’t that. Isn’t that and not all men are that. Luka asked if it would be okay to safely hold her. She agreed. When she felt the embrace, the safety, she finally let herself fully release. She weeped. She was held. This moment isn’t about Luka. It is about letting go of the past so you can create a whole new reality. It is about what Luka; a safe man & all safe men represent to a woman that has never experienced what grounded, healthy, masculine safety is. And this is just one aspect of our retreat.
